Your Talent

• Extensive experience in a leading position in the area of Sales, ideally within the industry
• Excellent leadership skills and the ability to lead a team in an international matrix organization
• Ability to effectively influence and drive consensus with stakeholders across all levels of the organization
• Hands on pragmatic solution seeker, highly organized team player with a positive attitude and attention to detail
• Very structured and process-oriented approach, strong logical and analytical thinking
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in German and English.

Your Mission

• Develop and execute strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets
• Improve market share in key categories and deliver growth according to budget rules
• Drive execution excellence to deliver quantitative and qualitative results
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
• Lead sales team in planning account management activities and how to get our brand message in front of the consumer
• Challenge the team to think out of the box and ensure a consumer-centric approach to account planning as well as the overall sales strategy
• Manage quantity and quality as well as drive the distribution policy by setting clear distribution channel goals
• Ensure strong alignment with other functions, particularly Merchandising, Marketing, Operations & Finance.
