To strengthen the team in Dortmund, we are looking for you as Office Assistant (m/f/d) Bank at the earliest possible date

Your Tasks

• 
  As part of the office organization, you will support the team in day-to-day business, such as monitoring and adhering to deadlines and contracts
  
• 
  You will maintain and check existing master data and enter changes to data in the system
  
• 
  You will be responsible for written and telephone correspondence with internal service units, information carriers and customers
  
• 
  Finally, you will support the teams in related departments with similar process structures where necessary
  

Our Requirements

• 
  Successfully completed commercial training or a comparable qualification
  
• 
  You have already gained professional experience in processing or general administration, ideally in banking, insurance or finance
  
• 
  We require very good written and spoken German and good IT skills
  
• 
  You describe yourself as a team player and work independently, in a structured and responsible manner
  
•
