Your Responsibilities

Role

We are now looking for an experienced and motivated Product Manager to join our rapidly growing Digital Foundation division. In this role you will:

  • Set a strategy and drive it's execution for our Partner Platform which empowers partners to get customer websites up and running quickly and easily.
  • Ensure easy distribution, pricing and packaging across indirect channels. Direct experience with B2B Ecosystem / App Store / App Marketplace models, Ecosystem Led Growth, design thinking and AGILE are essential.
  • Rationalize the existing portfolio. This includes unifying, integrating, migrating, and sunsetting legacy platforms.
  • Be a partner across all departments to define and execute tactics for experimentation and data-driven execution to enable own product growth as well as cross-tier conversion across the group’s portfolio. Of particular importance is executing PLG strategies and tactics to improve product adoption, monetization, value realization and retention.
  • Deliver a world class Partner Platform that empowers:
    • Our partners, customers, and vendors to easily engage with our product ecosystem across all touchpoints.
    • Our partners to innovate with us and offer seamless experiences to customers at scale.
    • Our sales, marketing, partner, success and support teams to better serve our partner ecosystem.
    • Work closely with our customers, partners, and customer and partner facing teams to launch and roll out products globally, considering different product and regional needs. You own and drive the whole product lifecycle from discovery to roll-out, and sunsetting.
    • Coordinate successful growth of new products by collaborating closely with Sales and Marketing teams ensuring robust success metrics, growth tracking and performance measurement are in place.

    What We're Looking For

    • You are a self-starter and a hands-on product manager strongly experienced in solid product management practices and closely partnering with Design and Engineering to discover, plan and deliver as planned.
    • Passion for the role of Ecosystems in the customer and partner value-delivery flows.
    • Drive for ELG and PLG strategies, including self-serve onboarding, and optimizing free-to-paid conversion funnels.
    • Advocate of data-driven decision making for the success of SaaS products (user activation, retention, and upsell opportunities).
    • Experience balancing internal development with best-of-breed external services.
    • Excellent understanding of UX/UI design principles, and product research and discovery methods.
    • Good understanding of experimentation frameworks, scalable architecture and infrastructure, and API-driven development.
    • Experience enabling an ecosystem of customers and partners to innovate on top of and integrate to a SaaS platform.
    • Ability to work cross-functionally and balance competing priorities, making sensible trade-offs between long-term vision, and tactical execution.
    • Deep empathy for solving customer problems and delivering value.
    • Strong analytical mindset and focus on measurable outcomes.
    • Contribution to a product management culture that ensures product/market fit, designs quality from the start and delivers products rapidly, and with confidence.
    • Ability and willingness to travel across the EU region
