For our Site in Dortmund we are now looking for a Precision Assembler (M/F/T)

Your tasks:

• Assembly of complex mechanical seals of different types as well as of seal supply systems. Focus on gas-lubricated seals for compressors
• Quality assurance - checking and recording dimensions, carrying out pressure tests on individual parts and assemblies
• Assemblies, support with the spin test of ceramics rings
• Supporting the repair process of mechanical seals: identifying the type of defect and the scope of repair of the defect, cleaning and reconditioning repairable components
• Support for testing mechanical seals in the test field
• Ensure workplace organization according to 6S criteria and support improvement
• Two Shifts Operations (Früh und Mittagschicht)
  
  

Your profile:

• Completed vocational training as an industrial mechanic, fitter or similar
• Knowledge in handling the relevant measuring equipment
• Initial experience with complex assembly tasks desirable
• Flexibility, commitment, initiative, communication skills
