We are looking to strengthen our team at our location in Dortmund with immediate effect:

Software Developer (m/f/d) - Permanent full-time position

In the course of your work, you will develop software solutions for technical applications and contribute to the further development of our Java products, in particular our equipment management tool Vespland. Vespland is a web application that is implemented in Java and JavaScript. Our successful software solutions are used in renowned companies in the pharmaceutical and (petro)chemical industries for process engineering, plant planning and plant safety.

We do not have fixed-term employment or rigid structures. You are an important part of our team. Together we will find a field of activity in which you can contribute your strengths effectively, and of course you will be employed on a permanent basis!

Your tasks

• Development of innovative software solutions for technical applications
• Further development of our equipment management tool Vespland
• Support in the implementation of exciting software projects
  
  

Your profile

• Successfully completed studies in computer science or comparable qualification
• Familiarity with object-oriented programming
• Good knowledge of Java
• Basic knowledge of databases and SQL
• Ideally experience with other programming languages (e.g. JavaScript)
• Good written and spoken German and English skills
• Structured, analytical and independent way of working
