We’re looking for a Sales Development Representative to join our Sales team in Dortmund and help us build strong relationships with future customers across the DACH region. About The Sales Team:
Our Sales team is at the heart of everything we do. Whether it's helping new customers discover SuperOffice, supporting long-term client relationships, or tailoring solutions to unique business needs—we’re all about creating value at every step of the journey.
You would play a key role in that process. We’re the first voice our potential customers hear. We spark interest, qualify leads, and schedule product presentations to set the stage for a strong partnership. The team works closely with Account Executives, Marketing, and other departments to create a smooth, effective sales experience.
You'll be joining a group of 13 sales professionals, including 3 SDRs, and collaborating across departments like Account Management, Net New Sales, Presales, Consulting, and Finance. We support each other, share knowledge, and celebrate wins together.
Your Role:
As an SDR, you’ll…
- Be the first point of contact for potential customers across the DACH region
- Use our modern sales tools to identify leads and build interest in SuperOffice
- Set up and coordinate the first product presentations in close collaboration with our Account Executives
- Own the early stages of the sales cycle—from scheduling to prep and follow-up
- Keep everything on track using our CRM system, SuperOffice, for lead management and reporting
- Test and apply cold-calling strategies that resonate with our ideal customer profiles
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Presales to align your outreach with our broader strategy
What Your First Months Will Look Like:
In your first 3 months, you’ll focus on:
- Creating a strong LinkedIn profile aligned with one of our four verticals: Building & Construction, Energy, Logistics, & Manufacturing
- Building effective outreach sequences using phone, email, and LinkedIn
- Getting comfortable with our sales tools, CRM, and messaging
Your Long-term Goals:
- Continually optimize your outreach and experiment with new ways to connect
- Own your numbers and consistently exceed your quota
- Share your learnings and successes to help elevate the team
️ What You Bring:
- Great communication skills in German and English
- A natural curiosity and eagerness to learn
- A structured mindset—you like working with goals, tools, and systems
- Experience in outbound outreach or cold calling is a plus (but not required!)
- Bonus points if you’ve worked with CRM systems before—especially SuperOffice
