Your responsibilities

• Conceptual and operational setup of project and product structures in SAP for handling international EPC projects.
• Ongoing maintenance of project and product structures throughout project execution.
• Material master data management including the revision of master data with regard to new and amended standards and quality guidelines.
• Maintenance of the plant identification system.
• Coordination, implementation and quality assurance of uniform standards within project and product structure management.
• Identifying training requirements, designing training courses, organizing and conducting them across the company.
• Close exchange with national and international stakeholders for the continuous improvement of project and product structure regulations and processes.
• If required, you will support the Engineering Managers and line management of the Engineering Management department by carrying out analyses, deriving recommendations for action, tracking activities and creating documents.
  
  
  

Your profile

• Completed engineering studies combined with relevant professional experience in plant or mechanical engineering.
• Sound knowledge of SAP, particularly in structuring projects and products and in material master data management.
• Experience in dealing with standards and guidelines on plant identification systems is an advantage (e.g. KKS).
• Enjoy designing and optimizing processes as well as developing and conducting training courses.
• Dedication to quality.
• Strong analytical skills, structured and independent way of working.
• Strong communication skills - also in English and in dealing with international teams & stakeholders.
• Solid knowledge of the common MS Office applications.
