The Product Transfer Specialist plays a critical role in supporting the transfer of products across several phases, ensuring seamless execution and knowledge management throughout the process. Your work will involve collaboration with regional stakeholders, managing product transfer tools, and developing training materials to facilitate project execution.
You will be based in Budapest/Dortmund/Naarden/Avignon/Kemptthal.
You will report to Head of Supply.

Product Transfer Specialist - Your next role?
The Product Transfer Specialist plays a critical role in supporting the transfer of products across several phases, ensuring seamless execution and knowledge management throughout the process. Your work will involve collaboration with regional stakeholders, managing product transfer tools, and developing training materials to facilitate project execution.
You will be based in Budapest/Dortmund/Naarden/Avignon/Kemptthal.
You will report to Head of Supply.
In this exciting role, your main responsibilities will be:
Support Transfer Projects:
- Initiation & Feasibility Phase:
- Help define project scope and conduct detailed checks of Finished Goods and Raw Materials.
- Collaborate with the Transfer Manager and regional stakeholders to run feasibility studies.
- Planning & Execution Phase:
- Update the Product Transfer Tool (PTT) by preparing and triggering mass updates, including customer additions and dietary information.
- Set up projects with clear scope definitions and provide regular extracts and reports on project progress in a standardized format.
- Support local Transfer Managers through individual project steps.
- Closing Phase:
- Facilitate system clean-up at outbound sites.
- Drive lessons learned sessions and establish a Knowledge Management structure.
- Verify execution and ensure that setups are updated and completed.
- Manage single product transfers and second site setups for key customers, ensuring all requirements are met.
- Collaborate with the Regional Transfer Manager to define the end-to-end transfer process.
- Develop and deliver training materials for multiple project roles to project team members.
- Document the usage of the Product Transfer Tool, outlining mandatory steps and roles, and share this documentation with local Transfer Managers.
- Add missing customers to the Product Transfer Tool (PTT) with Sales Assistants.
- Create a comprehensive guide for the Product Transfer Tool, defining essential procedures and departmental responsibilities.
- Evaluate the supply chain impact of proposed transfer ideas.
- Manage single product transfer requests and address discrepancies in orders, such as incorrect default supply plants or Customer Master data overrides.
- 5+ years of working experience in supply chain
- Able to assess information critically and find effective solutions to challenges.
- Comfortable sharing ideas clearly and working well with others to achieve shared goals.
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
