As Product Manager, you’ll play a key role in shaping and shipping these intelligent features.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Defining product vision, strategy and roadmap based on customer needs, SEO trends, and competitive analysis.
• Own the full product lifecycle, from discovery to launch (and sometimes sunsetting), with a strong focus on data-driven decisions.
• Partnering with engineering, design, marketing and support teams to drive product-led growth (PLG), boost adoption, and increase customer lifetime value.
• Leading cross-functional planning to ensure on-time delivery and alignment across stakeholders.
• Collaborating with growth teams to ensure product-market fit and measurable outcomes.
• Conducting user research, gathering feedback, and analyzing usage data to inform product decisions.
• Implementing product analytics tools to track engagement, retention, and feature adoption.
• Leading customer onboarding and experience improvements during our SaaS transition.
• Keeping abreast of changes in SEO practices, search engine algorithms, and the WordPress ecosystem.
• Creating clear, concise product requirement documents (PRDs) that align with business goals.
  
  

Ideal Background

• 5+ years of product management experience, ideally with WordPress or SEO-related products.
• Strong background in PLG strategies (self-service onboarding, free-to-paid conversion)
• Proven track record of managing technical products from concept to launch.
• Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals and user needs in the WordPress community.
• Experience working on SaaS products, especially within the WordPress or marketing tools space.
• Data-driven decision-making mindset.
• Deep empathy for customer needs and a focus on real-world outcomes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Jira, Figma, and product analytics platforms is a plus.
