Responsibilities

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT FROM US

• 
  You will identify suitable sites and properties for further expansion in the greater Dortmund area
  
• 
  You will analyze location potential, review planning regulations, and contribute to feasibility assessments
  
• 
  Supporting lease and purchase negotiations, as well as preparing due diligence reviews, are part of your responsibilities
  
• 
  Working closely with internal departments, you will contribute to the successful implementation of projects
  
• 
  You will maintain contacts with local governments, authorities, and real estate agents and stay in touch with the market
  

Qualifications

WHAT MAKES YOU STAND OUT

  You have completed vocational training or a degree in business, real estate, economic geography, law, or a related field
  
• 
  You have experience in the real estate industry—ideally with knowledge of building law
  
• 
  You bring enthusiasm for retail and location development to the table

  You are familiar with the greater Dortmund area—existing contacts are a plus
