We offer both full-time and part-time opportunities with fixed shift schedules to suit different lifestyles. Shift options and availability vary by site, but you’ll have the ability to choose your schedule later in the process.

Full-time shifts (30+ hours/week):

• Early shift: 06:00 - 14:45


• Late shift: 13:15 - 22:00

Job Overview

You are responsible for checking the processing quality in the external customer returns warehouse of the logistics service provider and ensuring that our important quality and performance standards are achieved. You achieve this by randomly checking the assessment and evaluation results of our service provider as part of an audit process. As an employee in quality assurance, you are above all a role model for the employees of the service provider with regard to specialist knowledge and the assessment of the condition of our articles, dealing with complaints from our customers, commitment, reliability, occupational safety and quality and you represent the claim and philosophy of Amazon at the external storage location.

Some of your duties may include

• Independent collaboration in the Problem Solve area.


• Independent implementation of product audits based on AMXL assessment guidelines


• Daily quality analysis and creation of meaningful reports.

• Experience in quality assurance

• High level of self-motivation and customer orientation as well as the ability to process several customer inquiries at the same time


• Ability to prioritize work based on department and production goals


• Experience with MS Office

Additional Requirements

Candidates must be 18 years or older and proficient in German and/or English, with the ability to understand and adhere to all job requirement and safety guidelines.
