YOUR TASKS

• Leading and developing a team of AI specialists and data scientists

• Identifying AI potential with our specialist departments and integrating AI technologies into business processes

• Strategic planning, management and implementation of AI projects, including generative AI and machine learning systems for process-specific requirements

• Fostering an innovative and collaborative working environment to continuously improve our AI strategy and AI governance

YOUR PROFILE

• Completed studies in (business) informatics, mathematics, engineering or a related field

• Several years of professional experience in the field of AI development

• In-depth knowledge of various areas of machine learning (e.g. computer vision, generative AI, time series analysis)

• Excellent communication skills and experience in cross-departmental collaboration

• Ability to develop a vision and lead the team to achieve it
